This toolkit will give you the necessary resources and templates to create effective training without instructional designers. Ideally, learning events will have an instructional designer (ID) and a subject matter expert (SME) who work as a team. IDs are in short supply within many organizations. For this reason, I created this toolkit to assist SMEs with creating effective learning events when IDs are not available.
